The Option Of Citizens Arrest For Pernicious Lockdowns

"...Citizens' arrests are only legal in Canada if the person making the arrest finds a person either "in the act of committing a crime, or escaping from and freshly pursued by persons who have lawful authority to arrest that person..."

I find this interesting.

The 'in the act of committing a crime' part.

I'm gonna play internet lawyer here.

I think the government is in the act of committing a crime. For two reasons. Turning law abiding citizens into criminals based on decrees, for starters. They're more decrees and are not lawful and therefore could be construed as committing crimes against democracy and humanity. 

Another is misleading the public above the system getting overwhelmed. This crap goes on every year. But this time it's different! Whatever.

Above all, the collateral damage caused by lockdowns forced all to protect the preciously fragile health care system is obscene. I submit they know it comes with negative trade offs causing tremendous harm though the ruining of lives and death.

The key here is they know. And if they don't know, then it's an abdication of duty to protect the public at large.

As for the health system, if this mess doesn't serve once and for all as a wake up call for reforms and an overhaul for a system we constantly brag about, I don't know what is.
