Canada has failed.
We like to boast we're a kind and compassionate country.
But a kind and compassionate nation doesn't arrest and fine law-abiding citizens, and small business owners robbed of their right to earn a living.
People do understand that small business owners need their business to be open in oder to get income, right?
So if you support any kind of aggression on people because you believe this is a life threatening public health crisis (it is not by the way) then you like kindness and compassion.
When this hysteria passes, can Canada actually claim it succeeded?
I argue no.
It failed because it pummelled citizens into submission.

At this point, I think epidemiologists are just scared people who have OCD.
Public health officials as a whole lack any kind of common sense and well-rounded perspectives on life.
Their only message is: Lockdown harder. We're all in this together. Too bad, so sad for those who get hurt in the process. Oh, and wear the masks forever even if there's a vaccine.
