Very interesting. I had not heard of this... to me, the word "gastronomy" triggers the term "gastrointestinal" and that's a turn-off. And I think of cooking as experimental anyway... I follow only basic recipes and then toss in whatever I think might work well. I fail to write anything down so I can never repeat anything halfway complex. Same way with my blogging.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I hear, the way it works in one restaurant in Spain, they serve you 52 or 53 dishes of one sample of whatever food.
