    Not so silly when you think about the fact that McCain did not make a personal appearance in support of the victims of Ike. He has hardly been visible since Palin entered the race. I am wondering if we're seeing a switch of candidate. Is that possible in the US elections?

    Yes, a switch can be made but if anyone is a candidate for a change it's Biden. In fact, there have been murmurs about Biden resigning.

    Unless Palin says something absolutely outrageous, the Rep. will carry the momentum.
