Whaddya expect from a province that has a Minister for Democratic Institutions.

The government shouldn't be creating artificial barriers to entry by controlling permits.
Stop drinking the kool-aid about subsidized daycares being more "secure." That was a specious claim back then and it remains so now. Very little facts back up the government and it's infantile reactionary anti-private default position.
