Our (informal) open house was a success. We managed to fill a 1/3 of our spots in one day. I will be comfortable with 25-30.
Other than that, we're extremely satisfied, heck, proud of our accomplishment so far. My salaries are on the high end and I still have to learn to manage that part of the business but it was a good start.
Now to move onto other things. I've always wanted to...
