I don't know much about Planned Parenthood.
Do they preach abstinence as the best form or prevention in concert with 'condom negotiation' for teenagers.
I know the liberal perspective claims to be the realistic one - e.g. we can't control sex so the best we can do is educate - but it seems to me we don't hammer abstinence enough.
That's just the uber-conservative in me. Hard given the unprecedented access to visual information we have - and a lot of it is rooted in sex and violence.
