Dispatches From An Overgrown Colony

Can't uphold and protect civil liberties. Won't deal with China (and other nations) overt interference in elections as well as of the drug trade that has turned Canada into a playground for criminal activity and a weak link in the national security 

A couple of Tweets caught my eye. 

One is about bureaucrats in the Privy Council Office engaging in public smearing and bullying. Remind where we saw this before? 

And this one about Mean Girl bureaucrats ganging up on Rebel News. Rebel is not my cup of tea (though I don't mind them and find they're an important part of the media ecosystem. Especially since Canadian "media" is subsidized), but this kind of behaviour worries me more than Menzies going around asking uncomfortable questions. 

Why does it seem like the bureaucracy is over run by teenaged women, illiterate,  and ignoramuses?

In a country that is just about as rogue I've seen yet, this reveals what a country devolves into when there's no accountability or transparency. Of course there will people who will deflect and spin this but you really can't. At the end of the day, this is the behaviour of petty apparatchiks abusing power as a means to an end.

Hold the line!

An opinion on the chilling ruling in the Lich/Baber case.

It's cute how Canadians think we're a sovereign country (not as long as China has its way with us), committed to freedom and democracy (Covid obliterated this notion and 

this ruling makes clear don't mess with the government if you challenge its authority. Left-wing movements not so much. But the truckers directly challenged Justin Trudeau. This had nothing to do with honking and people not getting Uber Eats on time. 

This was all about Trudeau and the Liberals ginning up a moral panic (protests) within a moral panic (Covid) to crush what was a chaotic but peaceful protest. 

In Canada, speech is now regulated. If saying, 'Hold the line' can be construed the way this judge did, all I can say is 'RIP in Canada'. A nation of weak hypocrites who can't be bothered to understand the implications of such a ruling.

Bum taps all around. But what did you expect from a Pavlovian culture that brags about being enlaved subjects?

Quebec is by far the most authoritarian province. It has one heckuva mean authoritarian collectivist streak. After what I witnessed during Covid, we're a gulag waiting to happen. The judicial system simply won't give fair trials to anyone who dared challenged the government during Covid. What's the effing point of a judiciary then? And this goes for the entire country. Oops, sorry. Colony. Never forget we're an overgrown colony. 

Sidebar. During Covid, I observed with horror how the Maritimes treated fellow Canadians. They let total fear trump basic humanity. Apparently, acting like assholes is compassionate. I visited New Brunswick. Let's just say not the cheeriest of folks. Felt a nice cold shoulder. One waitress in a restaurant seemed to have a problem with us speaking English. It was a weird trip and couldn't wait to leave. Made me feel like I was in a B-Horror flick. After seeing how Cardy and the province acted - even flirting with starving unvaccinated people - it all fit. 

Back to the point. But B.C. is easily the most retarded province. Where Quebec is socialist, B.C. is communist. 

B.C. is run by drug money (and a human tragedy story as a result with its drug habit problem. But it's ok, safe-supply and MAIDS will manage and fix it)  and has become possibly the biggest shit hole in North America - along with Quebec. See a pattern here? B.C. is far more left than even Washington St. and California whereas Quebec is the most socialist jurisdiction on the continent. We have two extremes regions at the opposite end of the country. 

Again. You think you have rights in Canada? No we don't. Anyone can write a stupid Charter. The key is to UPHOLD it and in Canada doesn't. Classic all talk no action country. Literally. This country's motto is: No Action. We insult beavers. Beavers work hard. They get things done. 

Just like it's incapable of dealing with hostile foreign gangs making Canada a hub because treachery and antiquated laws (we haven't updated criminal laws since the 60s), it's too weak a culture to stand up for civil liberties. 

Things aren't good in Canada. And it's sure as hell not the country we were taught it was.

They've detected overt interference but itsokay the election is safe?

A Security Task Force that can alert Canadians but, sigh, can't do anything about it. Seems like we have a lot of these toothless agencies and departments in Canada. 

CSIS, Auditor-General, courts, RCMP -  all seem to either be powerless, aimless or just extensions of the PMO. And now it appears China has been baking egg rolls embedded in our institutions.

What you see here is what 20 years of working in a bureaucracy looks like. You fail upwards and make inane comments about a serious issue.

But then again, we're not a serious "country" so it's not surprising.

'Positive-negative' influence is irrelevant. The point is China is brazenly at it. And they can because we never did and do anything about it. This started in 2019. That's six years of learning how the system works. The longer we do nothing the harder it becomes to end it.

Eventually, what will happen is a hostile foreign entity will be secure here and it will lash out if you dare attempt to remove it. And Carney is making it clear he wants to suck China's tits as he explicitly argues to decouple from America.

Insane I know. But he's a sociopath looking to score a buck off Canada. The elites in Canada appear to be captured by China. No wonder they triggered 'anti-American' sentiment. They're all in on China.

And this should worry Washington.

I think they've been blindsided by Canada. They probably never believed Canada could be so cavalier. Well, it is. 

Now they have to figure out a way to fix this. It will be very difficult because the general mindset here now is "Better China, than a 51st state'. Colonials, amirite? 

Like I said.

Think like a colony, be treated as one.

It's not all bad. We win some here and there. Former Ontario MLA Randy Hillier - who opposed the Covid moral panic from the onset showing true courage unlike the vast majority of fearful politicians and Canadians - won his case as a top Ontario court ruled the ban on protest to be unconstitutional. 

Duh.

The JCCF is going to appeal a court's ruling that proroguing Parliament was acceptable so let's hope that goes somewhere. Not likely but we'll see.

In addition, I would love to see justice for Sean Hartmann.

Backlash in Germany and France. Apparently, the retards running those countries thought it was a good idea to outlaw, ban and arrest freely elected officials and parties.

Like how law fare was unleashed against Trump, France managed to get Le Pen on embezzlement charges. 

Right. Because no one embezzles in party politics. /rolls eyes.

But the point was to eliminate a political opponent. Like Georgescu in Romania. 

This is what we saw in communist countries. But hey, we have to do it to 'protect democracy'.

Germany attempted to ban AfD. 

A funny thing happened. Something we call unintended consequences. 

Bot the RN in France and AfD soared in popularity.

Nice backlash.

It was the correct response to creeping authoritarianism.

Canada, naturally, remained silent on these assaults on democracy. Don't be surprised we see some of this crap here. It's already on a low-level burner waiting to be activated. 

The Liberals Are Laying A Bait And Switch On The Carbon Tax

I simply can't believe Canadians are buying into the lie that's Mark Carney. 

I simply can't.

Are Canadians this naive?

So naive it's actually dangerous for their health. 

I've already touched on the many aspects of why Carney would be a catastrophe for Canada. 

I just want to focus on the carbon tax for a second.

Just the fact Canada has one is just about the most absurd and irrational thing for a country dependent on natural resources. It's preposterously surreal that a country responsible for .2% of emissions (and remember, carbon doesn't drive temperatures. I think Mann invented this lie. So we have him to thanks for the mess we find ourselves in) thinks it can have an impact on reducing emissions on a global stage is absurdly irrational. You're an idiot for believing this crap. 

The fact the biggest economies in China, India, Russia, USA and Brazil don't have one should be enough to make Canadians realize what they're doing is tantamount to an own goal.

D'oh!

But apparently we're so thoroughly brainwashed by years of watching David Suzuki, we can't seem to take that thumb out of our asses.

Carney is the father of Net Zero. His entire financial empire is predicated on forcing ESG on the economy Reading snippets of his book not only leaves me worried but angry that he managed to weasel his way into his current position.

Carney, let's be blunt, is as disingenuous as human being as they come. He exudes haughty snootiness and entitlement. He can barely contain is temper facing questions. Imagine him with actual power. There be too transparency and expect a shit load of autocratic actions. Mark Carney, Canadians, doesn't give a shit about you or your family.

Carney cares about MARK CARNEY. 

Carney will be worse than Trudeau and is a greater threat to Canada than Trump can and ever be. 

But let's hyperventilate about Donald Trump. 

The shenanigans with the carbon tax is the embodiment of what has become of the Liberals. A party of shameless ideologues who think nothing of lying to the faces of people and gaslighting them into the ground.

The carbon tax was removed. It was suspended. That's all they did.

Once in power, they will crank right back up. It's a bait and switch. The reason is simple. That's the whole point of Carney's shtick. He's fully invested int the climate agenda. You can't undo 15 years of work on this. Leopards don't change their spots.

And the tax will be the least of our concerns once he gets in.

The Liberals spent two years defending the tax claiming it was essential to reduce carbon (it doesn't and it never will) and that the rebate was greater than what people were paying at the pump.

Yes, it got that irrationally stupid here. We have an army of "economists" and smart ass "media" pundits who looked you straight in the face and said "We're giving you more back than the tax paid". 

Why do it then?  Oh tight. To social engineer for a habit that will have no impact on the desired objective. 

It's literally pointless.

The Conservative fought hard against it but the Lunatic Block of Climate Morons the Bloc, NDP and Liberal stymied them. 

The tax is not good and it makes us less competitive. The pretzel logic defending it was on the level of people arguing Biden was sharp as a tact. The poster child for all this bad logic and insidious ragtime intellectualism was Andrew Coyne. Not surprising given he actually continues to defend the pseudoscience and unethical assault on civil liberties during Covid. 

The Liberals are all over social media boosting how they've lowered costs for Canadians since ending the tax. Just like that. They abandoned their principles and climate. 

Which means they had no principles and it was all bull shit all along.

How Canadians aren't angry to be unsullied in such an overt manner I can't understand. 

Then again, since 2020 I lost all respect for Canada and stopped caring to be frank.

A people this easy to manipulate deserves precisely what they get. Problem is their manic Pavlovian posture impacts those of us desperately trying to avoid another disaster in the making.

Evil comes in many ways.

Evil doesn't just come in the form of a Saw movie, serial killers or possessed bodies.

Evil can come in much more subtle ways.

They tell you not to believe what you see. 'Biden isn't crazy. You are. Oops. I guess he was losing his mind. Sorry!" And we know who they were. 

What the Liberals and Carney are doing with the carbon tax isn't just cynical politics. 

It's evil. 

Why keep a party that should be pulverized into dust power? 

They did sweet fuck all for 10 years and now they're going to fix the mess they made?

ARE CANADIANS THIS DIMWITTED?

We're about to find out. 

And So It Ends: Lich And Baber Found Guilty

Somehow, to those of us who invested time in going beyond the "media' narrative about the truckers, the ruling is not surprising.

The movement and citizens who tried hard to get our courts to hold the government to account for its abuse of civil liberties largely have failed.

Not a single major case was won.

Either dismissed outright or faced a judge that simply deferred to the government.

It's hard to see how there's any hope for justice in this country moving forward given these sorts of rulings set really bad precedents for ALL Canadians.

This is the part that people who bought the narrative don't get.

This was a peaceful protest with disruptions. In the 'fog of war' those disruptions were getting settled. There was no need to invoke the EA. Indeed, the ruling of invoking it was illegal was one small victory. Yet, it had no bearing on this case.

The next case likely to go against the truckers is the massive $300 million lawsuit launched against them. I have no illusions the truckers will get justice here.

The trend and precedent is set.

Again. For those of you who care about the seriousness of these rulings judge go and listen to POEC. The come back to me and say these people need to go to jail.

The truckers did Canada a massive favor. The government was looking to expand restrictions when the world was looking to extricate itself from them. The truckers challenged the government and that was unforgivable to an authoritarian government and a populace fully beaten down.

This was the victory. The price was high.

And that's that. Lich and Baber found guilty. I don't think the movement won a single case - other than the EA being ruled illegal. The three big ones - Peckford (moot), Hartman (no duty of care) and Lich (hold the line) - all failed.

 The rulings are one thing but the opinions are another. The reasoning in each were terrible and troubling. Basically, protests not government approved aren't permitted. But do go on believing Canada is governed by the rule of law.

We can have a lawless and rogue government.

Don't you dare challenge it.

Sending Out An SOS - Canada Is NOT A Good Neighbour

Watching Canadians heave and hyperventilate about Trump's "unprovoked" and "unjustified" tariffs and means words was funny at first but it's no lo laughing matter now.

Canadians are being hysterically lulled and trained to view America as an enemy (we're not American after all) and to accept our new masters: Communist China.

And one too many Canadians are buying into it.

This is what happens with an obedient culture with no "core identity".

Nobody is standing up for Canada. Poilievre is just less nauseating than the other candidates but he's not above latching on to this anti-Trump narrative. It's one of the most foolish things we've ever done as a country to make a sitting President a key campaign issue.

It's actually retarded and can only come from a colony of Lilliputians.

What exactly are 'on guard' for? 

Immigration and decades of multiculturalism couples with anti-Canada propaganda (we live on stolen Indigenous lands, anyone?) and 10 years of ideologues in the LPC pissing all over the country has disoriented the well-being of a population.

Canadians don't know their asses from the elbows anymore. Spending 30 minutes reading labels trying to figure out what's a Canadian product to virtue signal boycotting American stuff is NOT patriotism.

It's nuclear pettiness posting to a shallow and parochial society. 

Add that 20% of our MPs are born outside Canada and as many as 50 are alleged to be on the infamous NSICOP list and we have a poetical system that can easily sell us off to the highest bidder.

In this case, India and China.

I always thought American power was secure here. I don't know what happened. Were the Americans asleep? Sounds like ti. Now that they're awake they're realizing what a major fuckeng fiasco Canada has become.

We act like a bunch of assholes. We were assholes with each other during Covid (believing it to be patriotic. Yes, Canadians are that pathetic) and now we're assholes towards Americans.

Ironic, given Trump is an asshole too.

But Trump did us one of the greatest favours ever if we truly love this country.

He told us "HELLO YOU'RE BEING INFILTRATED.'

But hr took it a step further. He basically said, I think anyway, you can't fix this mess without American help - which is true. So why not join America and become a 51st state and become a powerhouse?

THAT'S what he said. 

But Canadians couldn't see the message. They just took it personally because that's what insecure people do.

Canadians are no crying about how they're mistreated without once looking in the mirror to consider their own behaviour. We're not good neighbours. We took American protection and allowed them to provide most of the capital to build this colony while always shitting on them. 

Now we're a national security threat to them and still we act like clueless jerks. They say Canadians are "polite' no they're not. They're smug passive aggressive scolds. 

You know. If you vote for this clown Carney (this economist says he'll build 500k homes for $70 000. If you believe this, you're an idiot that shouldn't be allowed to vote), you're an idiot. But I repeat myself.

Sorry.

Harsh? You bet.

It's the only way to jolt us out of this insufferable  malaise of misplaced entitlement and arrogance we're drowning in.

Carney: Acts of Sedition By Other Means

Let's get one thing out of the way. I don't like Mary J. Carney. He exudes all the vibes of a slick and slimy swindler.

We can perhaps add another word to complete the alliteration: Seditious.

Never in my lifetime has an unelected individual come with so many red flags. Carney isn't any good at hiding his obvious conflicts of interest. He's just taking an impossibly arrogant posture of "Yeh? And what are you gonna do about it?" while grinning and sweating like all imposters tend to do when faced with scrutiny.

It's unbelievable what I'm seeing. Not just from him but the Liberal party for installing this interloping fraud and its shamelessly partisan base. I get you want to support the team but this is embarrassing.

Of course, the position his "fans" are taking is that it's all "fake news".

These are you Pavlovian Dogs easily riled up into a frenzy. See Covid and tariffs. Easiest to manipulate into swallowing whole a manufactured and manipulated narrative. 

What's wild about Carney is how easy it is to spot his overt lies. He says he removed the carbon tax but in reality did no such thing. You need an act of Parliament for that. All he did was bring it down to zero leaving the option to activate it again - which he absolutely will if elected.

How evil are the Liberals? For two years Canadians overwhelmingly screamed to remove the tax. But Parliament consistently voted agains the Conservative motion to rescind it. We were fed a bilk of junk pseudo-financial gibberish about how the rebate put more in the pockets of people than the tax they paid.

Yes, this was not only said with a straight face but promoted in the media. The 'eight in 10 get more back in rebates' it's utter horseshit but that was their play. Equally as moronic is the claim carbon taxes reduce emissions because it changes 'social habits'. Once again, social engineering rears its ugly head. 

The vast majority of the world has no carbon tax. And that's how it's going to say. At best, the only people ho benefit are the green grifters like Carney and climate change fans who will feel better about themselves thinking they're doing something for the environment.

A life of deception they live. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't have such an enormously negative impact on the cost of living. 

Their pretzel logic calculations could but leave those with sound judgment in awe. And now what do we get? We Liberals bragging having removed the tax because they "listened to Canadians". Of course they are, there's an election. Prior to one being called they were still defending it to death as recent as January, 2025! These people are next level full of shit in their gaslighting. An example? Mona Fortier thought it was a good move to picture herself at a pump saying the Liberals were putting money back in the pockets of Canadians for killing the tax. Um. I thought the rebate was doing that? Now you boast about a measure the CPC pushed that you voted against? Like I said, this is evil. And I mean it.

So yeh. No. The tax is coming back Carney all but tells you he will just by his position on climate change. Carney's entire financial well-being is  staked in climate change. He will support policies that ensure its expansion. In a country that has little impact on emissions. Carney is going to impoverish Canada for financial gain is what I'm saying. He's not going to approve pipelines despite his laughably faux-smooth claims to the contrary. He can't ok pipelines because he's already invested in them in the U.S. Can't have competition. It's a classic plutocrat move.

How can anyone not see this?

Want more? He said he won't repeal the illegal C-69 law. But he's going to sell our natural resources?

By now,  even the "soft" and undecided voter (amazing they exist in this climate) should be noticing some troubling warnings with Carney.

His commitment to climate change ties into his personal assets. He refuses to let the public know what he's invested in. No, just putting it in a blinding trust isn't enough because we need to know what was in it before it converted into it. It's blind alright. Meant to keep to keep the people blinded from his ulterior motives. 

Here's why.

With recent revelations that Carney was lobbying Beijing, it brings up the question of exactly where his allegiances lie. That Canada is fast becoming a colony of China is no secret. Couple this with Carney's declaration that the era of cooperation with America are over and we have a serious red flag here.

Not to mention the Paul Chiang fiasco. Imagine thinking it's a good idea to keep that guy on. 

So there's a connection to China here.

He's not even an MP and already an RCMP investigation has been triggered looking into this. Not to mention the U.S. Judicial House Committee is looking into Brookfield Assets.

And anyone, and I mean anyone, calling for closer ties to China needs to be viewed with heavy suspicion if not immediately investigated. That includes Jean Charest who's out there shooting his mouth off for some reason and people like Jean Chretien. These people appear knee deep in connections to China.

Not good.

And the province of British Columbia is all but a colony of China now.

Whether it's profiting from the climate grift, or him owning pipelines around the world or setting up a Section 8 government run housing project (where he promises 500 000 homes will  be built. Uh-huh)....

Let me keep this simple and elegant. Carney doesn't give a shit about you or this country.

He's made that crystal clear. 

Canada is a colony. It's not a serious country.

Our reaction to the 51st state didn't reveal a strong country but a weak one. And with Carney, what we have here is a display of projection where sedition is concerned. Stop being emotionally manipulated.

Carney's fortune is tied to China. That's why he's truing to sever our ties with America. America isn't our enemy no matter what Trump says or does.  

China Carney's no good folks. He's lying to our face.
